Can I change my delivery address?
 

Yes, you may change your delivery address. We

 

recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that

 

the address may be wrong with your order. 

 

 

How do I return an item?
You will need to email gokmoda2@gmail.com, indicate the
 
reasons and then a courier will be arranged for pickup.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
 
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed,
 
undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached
 
and hygiene sticker intact. 
2. Items with free gifts cannot be returned. 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

No, We only deliver to UAE. 

 

What is your returns policy?
If you want to return an item purchased on gokmoda.com, you have 14 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so, free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition. You can only return an item for exchange. The refund option is not available.
